Description: Ginger is a perennial herb that grows to about 3 – 4 feet high. The ginger root is what the oil is extracted from.

Its warming properties aid in relieving muscle cramps, spasms, aches and ease stiffness in joints.

Blends well with: Bergamot, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Orange, Sandalwood, Spearmint, and Ylang Ylang.

Cautions: Avoid use if pregnant.  If applied directly to the skin undiluted and might cause skin irritation.
