How To Use Natural Bug Shield: 
Apply Natural Bug Shield Oil on any exposed skin to deter all bugs. Keep away from eyes, mouth, and mucus membranes.  Can also be applied to solid surfaces to deter bugs from gathering areas (as always test in inconspicuous areas to ensure no damaging effects on solid surfaces).
 
What is DEET and is it safe to use?
DEET is a chemical insecticide that, if used for extended periods, can cause skin cancer or birth defects.  DEET is not recommended to be used on sensitive skin because it can cause skin allergies, irritation, rashes, or numbness.  If accidentally swallowed, it can cause vomiting, diarrhea, poisoning, or even death.  DEET also causes air and water pollution.  DEET is not recommended for pregnant women or children.
