Grapefruit Essential Oil is a fresh, sweet citrus aroma that has many aromatherapies and at home uses. It shares in the AMAZING qualities of other citrus species.  Nutritionally, it is very high in Vitamin C – which is excellent for fighting illness.  Because of its properties it is excellent for those that suffer with acne and congested oily skin.  It breaks through the oils all the while providing healing to the skin restoring the skin tissues.  This essential oil even also helps with hair growth! It is a great muscle preparation oil for exercising – due to its ability to relax the muscles.  And even as an after exercise option if your muscles are fatigued.  Aids in weight-loss and relieving water retention.  Grapefruit Essential Oil relieves chills, colds, flu, depression, headaches, nervous exhaustion, and stress.  This oil has a short shelf life as it oxidizes quickly.

Blends well with: Orange, Lemon, Lime, Palmarosa, Rosemary, Cypress, Lavender, Geranium, and Cardamom

Precautions:  Like with all citrus oils, avoid direct contact with sunlight for up to 10 hours after using. Because it can cause skin irritation – dilute MORE for children under the age of 6.
